That fu*kin' cardinal is insane. Does he wanted her so much that he did that?! That's... horrible. Disgusting. Poor Nora who saw that.

No he doesn’t. He just truly care a lot for shuli cuz if he was actually in love with her he would have fought hard to get her. But he didn’t, the only thing he did was had a duel with Nora when he heard about their relationship and they went off laughing in the end.. it’s like a friendly fight, u know like jeremey entrusting shuli to nora. (⌒▽⌒)

Since I’m so tired of finding spoilers and reading a halfass spoiler I’ll do it instead, COMPLETELY... NO LOOPHOLES! Asdfjklkll! So currently, the chapter is showing how the story would’ve had ended without Shuli going back in time. Which is her, being murdered and butchered by the knights(traitors/captain abbington). They were accomplices of the Cardinal. After shuli’s death, it was investigated by Nora, then Nora found shuli’s body parts in different places (it’s horrible, considering they are not satisfied enough with only killing her). So then Nora was angry at the children for not appreciating shuli’s action when she was alive, still, he didn’t show them her corpse since he’s worried for the children. Afterwards, Jeremey cancelled his wedding with Ohara because he had an idea that ohara was involved with shuli’s death (which is true, because she’s the one who lied to shuli about jeremy not wanting her at their wedding). Then finally, Ohara seduces Elias instead, and got pregnant so Jeremy had no choice but to give his blessings.... Overall, these happened on the first timeline so don’t worry. As for the current timeline (2nd timeline), Nora and Shuli will end up getting married.. Elias won’t accept it first but he will. Also in the current timeline he will still end up with Ohara but it’s good because she’s a good character now.
