I'm currently reading the novel and the pov of the boy kinda justifies his action. He was extremely worried about his family and "lover"?. So he was frustrated when she turned him down. He also regretted for what his family did so he decided to become an adventurer and do quest. He also admitted that his sister was wrong in calling her a witch and stuff and yeah. Either way Mc did it out of good will and by asking constantly even though declined was wrong. She has no obligation to give them potion neither feel bad about it. She also doesn't have to be nice to anyone that annoys the shit out of her.

I swear, if I was the MC, I would've killed the whole family. The mom, the dude, the woman, the girl and maybe the whole village. Their behavior are so freaking disgusting. The dude is a stalker that keeps bringing trouble to the MC. The girl keeps bringing that the MC is a witch, which led to more misunderstanding, which cause the MC to keep hiding from people, stupid dumbass kid. The whole village doesn't even need her help, they just want the medicine so they could sell 'em. Oh, and please, don't even expect them to give back something to the MC, they kept pestering her that she has to move out. Like I'm sorry, but if the MC didn't have those animals protecting her, she might have very well been raped by those monsters.
