The doctor said that anybody with blood type O can give blood to the baby but not the parents. Cheng is the parent. That's why he is stopping him from giving blood, cuz it will be bad. Hope u understood why he is stopping him. Read the story carefully.

I get he wants to hide the truth and all but dude if my friends baby was in danger and he needed blood, who cares about the secret, save the child first.
