lol no she hallucinated it all while she died of an overdose and yes unfortunately what happened in the manga is part of today's society but we are just not aware of it kinda sad tbh

That manga hit me hard. I can't stop identifying with her. Back then I was incredibly naive myself and listened to strangers who pulled me into a deep black hole where I actually (looking back) didn't want to stand. If my family hadn't been there for me, I would probably have ended up just like saki, so I'm all the more sorry that she had to die so terribly... everyone deserves a second chance ╥﹏╥
