Letio knows Celestine is a girl or rather he knows that shes posong as her brother. She was the one who saved him when they were kids and he was drowning.

When the real Celestine shows up and Selene ask yo replace him for the measurements - you will see how Letio have no ounce of gentleness in him while he throws Celestine in thr ground and as cold as fuck.
I dont know if Ignis knew about this but... He felt something change when he sees the real Celestine. Like WHO THE HELL OR WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON? FEELING.

Ignis has this possessiveness in him that i know some will not agree. But put yourself in his shoes and feel the burden, hurt, humiliation, death every corner when he was young and you will feel the need to destroy them all.
