Maybe I'm misunderstanding but it looks like the translator didn't give permission for their translations to be uploaded. Atleast that's what it looked like from the instagram. If that's the case im sure someome else could pick it up. Idk how scan teams work but surely multiple people can translate and upload if it's going to diff sites??

If it is in different sites yes, they can but, both parts need to talk and agree in doing it, só they can avoid uploading over each other and accidentaly causing a mess.
