I can't begin to imagine how lonely it must've been to come home to a place with no sign of life. It's really neglect and then he started depending on Ollie because he didn't want to be alone.

Damn it! People just be blaming Erika but I'm just crying feeling bad for him. ╥_╥
Firstly, HE WAS JUST A FREAKING CHILD AND HIS FATHER LEAVES HIM ALL ALONE AND WITHOUT FOOD?! AND JUST TELLS HIM TO BUY IT FROM OUTSIDE?!!! EXCUSE ME, THAT'S DANGEROUS!!!! SOOO DANGEROUS!
Secondly, WTF THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH THE DAD?! SCOLD HIM BUT WHY DO YOU HIT HIM!!!!! THE BRUISES WERE ALL PURPLE AND BLUE!! And while Erika was wrong for beating the child, wasn't the child also at fault for his words?! If it was someone who wasn't as strong as Erika then wouldn't it be bullying?! AND ERIKA IS ALL USED TO NOT TALKING! WHO'S FAULT IS IT HUH?! CAN'T EXPRESS HIMSELF AND IS JUST BEING MISUNDERSTOOD AND WRONGED! HE HIMSELF THOUGHT "I felt bad too..." DAMN IT IT'S NOT EASY TO KNOW ERIKA'S THOUGHTS USUALLY BUT THIS TIME HE WAS CLEAR!!! COULD IMAGINE HOW HE FELT!!!
Thirdly, At the time when he was all alone, his dad beating him and neglecting him. Teachers at school pressurizing him due to his bad grades. Being all alone and is probably being made of fun by some kids, it was Ollie the one and only person to befriend him. Be kind to him. It was BECAUSE of Ollie he fought. Ollie said, and he did it. Because to him, Ollie was probably the only one to be friendly to him.
For me, right now Erika needs to see a psychiatrist/psychologist (idk which is the correct term for this case).
Oh and if anyone wants to say that Erika bullied others, and violence isn't the answer then just remember that
1. Erika only fought when others came to fight them because of Ollie initially. And then fought when Ollie told him to.
2. Whenever Erika was punished, he was hit by his dad. He has been exposed to violence by his dad on numerous cases and thus, is probably indifferent to it. He doesn't understand what's wrong about violence. Because he's used to his dad's violence.
I won't say that Erika is completely innocent. But I DEFINITELY don't blame him.
Ps. I freaking dislike every single person in this except for Erika. Because most of them are either completely psycho (Ollie) or are hypocrites (practically every other characters)
