Hyesung is 21 and dojin is 24
I know hyesung and dojin's age are but what I was talking about my comment is that if the author is using Korean age in this story then that's ok but if not then internationally their age will be 19 and 22 which is still teenage pregnancy
Legally 18 years of age is considered an adult. It is considered illegal if it’s someone under 18 (a minor) who got pregnant by someone who is older than 18 (a legal adult) so no he would not be considered a sex offender because hyesung and dojin are both legally an adult
yeahhh you're right! I agree with you I didn't take full research about it. I just really want to shut up all the people who is saying rude things about hyesung cause they are taking it too far, cause if I were a girl and got pregnant and the father is someone I barely know and at such a young age I too would be devastated, so I very much sympathize with Hyesung
If the author is using Korean age in this story that will mean Hyesung was pregnant when he's 20 y.o but if we use Hyesung's international age then he was just 18 when he was pregnant when he have Byul and while assuming Dojin's age is 26 y.o(i don't know what is dojin's real age) then internationally then Dojin is 24 y.o then that would mean Dojin would be a sex offender cause Hyesung is still a teenager internationally.

That was just my assumptions cause I don't know what the author's using in each characters age, if it's the Korean age or the International age
