yes, I was dating people when I was their age, so I see nothing wrong with shipping middle schoolers. That's not what I felt was rude though. There are more polite ways to say that other than saying that someone is weird. you can simply say "I disagree, I feel it's odd to be shipping middle schoolers." See, much nicer.
