We dont know how they interact (him and the bro) we just know they are always together and that the “friend” indirectly tries to make the bro feel his love. But... but... he always teases the MC as well and makes it a point to say stuff like how ordinary the MC is but it kicks me in the feels whenever he does that. It was explained why the ikemen said that. BL logic states that the love interest always says stuff like, “you and your brother don’t look alike” while other friends says stuff like “you and your bro look so alike” which is the translation to, you are special to me, that kind of thing. XD
