Hari DOES NOT look like Arina. They looked similar as children because Arina's growth was stunted from being sick, and Hari was a starving kid on the street. Hari grew out of that in like a year. The only thing that's still similar about them is the hair color.

Hate the incest vibes if you like, but stop adding problems that don't actually exist in the novel!!! Literally the ONLY person in both the novel and the webtoon who thought Hari and Arina looked alike was the Mom, and she was clinically INSANE at the time.
