Ah you mean Duke Ergy? There is some theory that say it's a great conspiracy, espionage or something, by making Rasta the Empress it would ruin the East Empire from the inside. East Empire has influence all over the continent, if they lose Navier 'the perfect Empress', and making the wizard lose their power, it would weaken the East Empire and it would be easier for the neighboring kingdom to attack them. but I don't know either, from what I read so far it's just for personal reason.

I don’t understand what personal reason one could have. Ergy isn’t a dumbass unlike some of the other characters. And Rashta isn’t all that, she’s also claimed by the king, so like, even if he was attracted to her in some way, there’s nothing going on unless he wanted an early grave. It’s almost like he’s toying around with pretty much everyone, but then, Heinley needs better friends cause this dude is a piece of shit, morally speaking. But Heinley speaks highly of him, Ergy keeps his friend’s secrets, proving he’s willing to be loyal even when he speaks to Rashta and plants these hideous treacherous plans in her head. He’s truly the character no one truly understands unlike everyone else in the story. Navier has her morals, Heinley longs for the empress, Rashta is in it for herself, not even her kids, and Rotestchu or however you spell that dick’s name, is a dick or at least his brain is one. Definitely, or he wouldn’t pull this shit on the PERFECT woman. Like, damn. Ergy is the only one who’s not clearly explained and that makes him dangerous. Also, yes. I meant West King opposed to East King, but eh. I make mistakes. :’)

Duke Ergy is the son of Grand Duke in Blue Bohemian Kingdom, his sister is the Queen. His father betrayed his mother, throw her away and favor the concubine. He hate Soviet because he is very much like his father, a trash husband. He told the stories about Soviet to his mother while smiling 'a husband who betrayed his wife and greatly punished'. That's what I mean personal reason, not because he is attracted to Rasta or something.

Heinry and Duke Ergy work together to weaken the East Empire, after they got married, Heinry gave up the war for Navier but Duke Ergy still continue with his plan to mess with Rasta and Soviet. It seem The King of Blue Bohemian didn't know anything about what Duke Ergy up to in the East Empire, when Duke Ergy acquired the right for the Port in East Empire by using Rasta and the East Empire complained about it, The King of BB told Duke Ergy to give the Port back but he refused, and The King yelled at him saying he can't always cover up for him but he just ignored him.

So I really have no idea if Duke Ergy just want to mess with Soviet or he has some grand plan for conquest. If it is for the latter, I'm afraid he would turn his arrow toward Heinry next. Duke Ergy know Heinry is the one behind the decrease of the magic power, if he became the whistle blower, the East Empire or The Union who maintain the peace over the whole Continent would have a justifiable reason to wage a war against Heinry Kingdom.
