Spoiler Alert:
If you are looking for a clear up of misunderstanding, you will be waiting a while. The entire second half of the manga is filled with misunderstandings that could be cleared up but Liu likes to play games.
Also, the guy that did this to him, the evil obsessive blondie that drugged him and damaged both his body and psyche, he comes back into the picture. And no, there is no punishment. There will be continued torture, because Liu is unable to stand up for himself and won't tell anyone(no idea why). And the blondie not only doesn't get punished for anything, he also gets to have a really handsome boyfriend. The most handsome dude in the entire manga is his protective boyfriend. That dude is a better looking Seme than anyone else in the entire manga. When he walks in the room, you get a gangsta, secret agent daddy.
I can't say this is a bad read, but it definitely isn't a satisfying one. The side stories are better than the main plot.
