I think the reason there is always interrupting is because art's friends pity those who pick a fight with him.. They might get killed if art's friends don't interrupt....
That's true, they just don't want to bring any problems to Arthur. And we'll you read the reaction the Vincent's daughter that I forgot the name now and Tess when Arthur interrupted the other boy in the previous chapter!
