I don't think he's transgender but somehow he can get pregnant. That's why he was called a monster by his dad and why his dad didn't like him. He thinks of it like a "curse" and from what I see, it runs in his mothers side of the family. Atleast that's what I understood

this story doesnt have abo dynamics so i think he possibly has pmds which enables him to be a man and become pregnant
