Apparently he is a doll and the evil guy took over his body to get to Sanghee.
lol he's isn't really a doll but he is being controlled by a bad guy(the same guy that killed sanghee in her previous life with a knife). it seems that somehow that guy reincarnated(?) or maybe came to this world too
