As far as I have read she is viera's daughter and they used her as a test subject to try to make her give birth to their "mother" who is like a God or something but she got rescued by ananta who gave sesha over to ananta's father where we find her for the first time in the novel

don't worry hahah there would be almost none or I think none at all romantic scene between them. Yeon woo is too focused on recovering jeong woo's soul which edora understands. In the epilogue, it was just describe that yeon woo liked edora too.
