I was actually thinking of kanemaru as well because of how well he treats his juniors! Honestly, I would be happy with either!

I've also thought about this, and my conclusion turns that it should really be SAWAMURA... Did you guy's forget how Sawamura lead his weak team when he was in junior high and how he lead the low spirited Kanemaru,Tojo etc. when they are still 1years at their first match against their senpai's? (it was in DNA/V.2 CH11)..

Probably in his third year.. Sawamura will remember his junior days, as he will now carry the new team w/ not much reliable players... and lead that team with all his might, now that he will not have an amazing reliable senpai's he got back then and right now...

That's right too much pressure. If Eijun becomes the ACE, one of his peers will be the Captain definitely. Except the condition changes during their third year for example Furuya become the Ace? (I hope not), Eijun will definitely be the Captain. He has so much potential, great mental capacity and high EQ.

Well Sawamura have experience when he was in middle school.. Being Ace and Captain, So there's no possible he can't do it again.. Especially carrying a team with the same age group and kouhai's... and also don't forget that Miyuki have more weight to him, being the 4th batter, catcher and captain..

But tbh also did think Kanemaru, bc he is amazing leader to the koukais, Toujo & Haruichi is highly nominatable too, kind and good at batting. But if i recall Eijun have more experience being a captain and how to carry a team more than them... So I really hope, Sawamura will be the next captain.. It well also be cool to see his struggles being the center of the team and how he can overcome it.. So I also hope miyuki will recommend him as next captain.. Tho the Terajima will be the last to decide.. hahaha...
