Well, I don't really read Korean so it's all guess while looking at the way he acted etc,..
But he genuinely seem to care about the FL, so I don't know why he turned out to be the chief.
For now in the last raw I read was when she came back at her home with blood on her but her parents were still alive, so we don't know.
For killing the parents he was a child & was kinda forced to attack them but he didnt kill them (bcuz they are both pure blood & OP asf, which is why I still don't know how they died).
