I think that the scene is supposed to symbolize the uke’s internal conflict. Taesung makes him feel like a different person that he doesn’t know and that scares him. He’s not telling Taesung to stop because he hates what he’s doing to him but more so because he hates how good it makes him feel. It’s an internal conflict.
