Chowon is an omega so they should be able to have kids. But the kid would mostly be a beta since Kyungsoo is one.

Chowon couldn't get pregnant when he was with Dojun because Dojun didn't want kids. There's no rule saying that a beta can not impregnate an omega. Omegas have uterus so they're not much different than women. The father's second gender shouldn't be a problem.
It's easier for Omegas to get pregnant when their partners are Alphas. But, it's just a little bit more difficult when their partner is a beta. Chowon couldn't get pregnant because Dojun was voluntarily unwilling to have a child with him.
im quite curious about this but i think betas x omegas cant have kids. chowon's hinted before how he doesnt need a condom when he has sex with kyungsoo.
It depends on the settings the author gave for the story. In some stories literally everyone can give birth regardless of their secondary gender.
yeah i know. but like i said the fact that chowon said they didnt need a condom either means chowon simply cant give birth or omegas x betas cant reproduce. and im pretty positive its the latter
