I don't think we are in any position to judge Minjae. The suffering he had to go through from his childhood when usually it is supposed to be the stage where humans begin to experience emotions and feelings. All he got was cold hearted abuse. Despite that, he somehow managed to fall in love and do everything he could to ensure the happiness of the person he loved. His relationship with his friend... he had already told him many times they could break up. Even after, enduring so much, he was unable to obtain happiness. When his father brought a knife, he told him it was ok to kill him. He wished for his father's happiness above his own. However, he lost the love of his love and his father said the most painful things with his last breath. I feel very sorry for this abused child. So, I wish those who wished that he deserved all this would understand.

Finally an intellectual. Everyone in this manga goes through so much suffering and no one person's suffering is more than the other. People are saying that Minjae's pain was not an excuse for him to do what he did, then what about his dad? How is his pain justified?
Also, after going through so much mental trauma - how could a person even stay human? He clearly had no-one to nurture him, tell him the rights from wrong. And even if he did, why does not a single person accuse the bullies. As if what they did was justified in their own right. On the other hand, Eunsun could still probably hold on after the abuse because he had his father with him. He was not truly alone. Still, everyone went through so much. Maybe we can just lament with the characters in their grief. ( ̄へ ̄)
