There was a caretaker at the brothel who looked after him and took care of him; they had a sweet relationship. Friend goes to his mom and convinces her to pay off the A’s debt to the yakuza and hire him as a tutor/caretaker for friend. She does it on the condition that A can’t have contact with anyone from the gang/brothel, including the caretaker.
It’s a webcomic; It’s a BL story that features more than one storyline. I can’t remember the main storyline very well, except that it’s centered on two classmates/friends. I remember a lot more about the other storyline, however. It focuses on a fem boy (I’ll call him A in this post, I can’t remember his name) who attends the same school as the main characters. A lives alone; I believe both of his parents have passed away. His dad was involved with the yakuza or some other organized crime group and after his death, A was made to work in a brothel to pay off the dad’s debt. (He also works or used to work at a maid cafe I believe.) eventually, a classmate and friend of A finds out about what’s going on.
