Can someone please help me find a book. It's a tragedy (i think) but also a happy ending? The setting was like the old Japan near ww2. It starts of with a forbidden love of the uke and a man same his age but i think one of them married a girl. Then fast forward the uke met this old man who was rich and they also fell in love but like some tragedy happened and they didn't end up together. (I think it was an earthquake or bombing?) but then the maid who was always by the uke's side confessed her feelings when the uke is already a doctor and then they got married and had children. The ending was like the old uke at the hospital with his grandchild
