Ik I always love the second leads better that’s why I don’t read love triangles anymore but Try Fruits basket (fav anime idk about manga but she ends with the 2nd for sure) and I love yoo (surprisingly one of my favs too and it’s ongoing idk who she ends up with and all the characters are pretty good) these are not mainly romance they focus on a lot of other things too
I don't understand why these authors are so obsessed with having the main lead end up with the asshole, the fact that they rather have the main lead end with them instead of the much more likable guy annoys the hell out of me. I actually prefer it when the love triangle in an manga has both the males as likable instead of one of them being an asshole, it does make me sad when the main lead ends up with one of them but at least both of them are likable.
I've watched the remake anime of Fruits Basket, haven't watched season 2 yet but if she really does end up with Kyo then I'm going to feel sorry for that girl who really likes him. I don't hate any of the characters in the series but for that black short haired lady, if the female lead really ends up with Kyo then I hope that other girl is happy in the end because I don't want to see her heartbroken forever.
I know I Love Yoo but I haven't read it yet, I'll put that on my list :) I don't mind if other stuff is going on as long as there is romance.

Is there any love triangle manga where the female lead or male lead ends up with the 2nd guy instead of the first guy because they treated main lead badly? I don't know if there is that kind of manga but I'm just tired of the main lead always ending up with the guy that is an asshole.
