There is this Manhwa that isn't really this "Isekai to a fantasy world" but is really amazing and the Female Lead is a damn awesome character.

I’m not sure if they are like this particular manhwa, but if you haven’t read them yet, I recommend Light and Shadow, Empress from Another World, and Why are you doing this, my Duke? for completed manhwas.
For ongoing manhwas (most of them isekai-esque), you can check out Miss Not-So Sidekick, Doctor Elise, IRIS — Lady with a Smartphone, Suddenly, Became a Princess One Day, Reminiscence Adonis, Lady Baby, and The Justice of Villainous Woman. Hope these are helpful!
