Saye will have one soon. The preview is on this site. Deadlock is actually in japanese and has a Manga. Tunhai (Breaking through the clouds 2: Swollow the sea; it is related to Poyun but you can read it without knowing the other one) has one as well. As far as I know the others have no adaption.
