Yes, you can literally have sex with as many people you want and not have an sti your whole life as long as you take care of your body, go to the doctor, and make sure your partner doesn’t have any so you won’t be at as much of a risk
Just because you take of your health doesn't mean you still can't get one.It can help prevent it but it will not 100 percent keep you same from getting one. And I don't see any condoms so yes she would still be at risk for getting one.
