I think so too which makes me sad because it would have done amazing things to not only Zhanyi’s dynamic (the conflict and resolution) but to the entire friend dynamic since Jian Yi is the glue of the 4 of them.
Man it's been a couple of years and the main plot haven't even started yet,,,,

I sometimes feel like Old Xian gave up on her original plot (where jian yi gets kidnapped for years) and just wants to draw cute fluffy things now xD
