I found it! But i kinda mistake, the girl raises a guide dog and then falls in love with the guy who is blind and uses her dog. The name is Eien No With.

Anyone knows a manga about a blind girl who gets a dog to help her and then it dies later on, the girl was sad but she falls in love with some guy who take care of the dog too when she didn't need it anymore. I think it was a little confunsing but if anyone knows the name i wil really appreciate.
