I finally found it after weeks of searching lmaoo it wasn't as good as I thought it to be but its pg116 of http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/tsuki_ni_hoero/
So all I remember is that the seme is a playboy and he designs jewelry or something like that work, where he meets the uke who used to be his f buddy back in their university days. The uke is Japanese and wears glasses which was emphasized quite often by the seme since I think the story takes place in a western country. The seme also seduces the uke's fiancee once he finds out that the latter was engaged just for business reasons. This is also just a one shot or just a couple chapters.
