How I think it is, is that Keichi didn't cheat as Angelo was using Keichi as a replacement for his brother, but he didn't cheat (I think and am PRAYING). Keichi still loves Shingo, but it's Shingo whose fallen out of love with Keichi because of this whole misunderstanding as seen here.

For your summary im guessing that
a) perhaps the favor eugene asked of keiichi was to get Angelo distracted to leave him alone with his hubby. Im hoping that is a favor and that nothing happened between Angelo and Keiichi and that he shut down all of Angelo's advances
b) the favor also meant keiichi actually having sex with Angelo although i doubt he would actually do this for his brother
c) worst case scenario he's cheating....... :'(
Either way Keiichi should have at least tried to stop Shingo from breaking up with him in a way where it should that he at least cared to make shingo feel more secure. However, because he didn't do that in my opinon made it seem like he cared even less for shingo and not giving him an explanation as to what the "F" he was doing with Angelo made it seem even more shady

Shingo say he is breaking up with Keichi.
That he will cheat on him if Keichi go to America so it is better if they separate.
Shingo say he does not like troublesome things.
After their argument, Shingo leave.
Keichi say to himself he is tired (maybe from arguing).
Keichi sign contract for project in America.
The foreign dude (forgot name) is flirty with Keichi,
but actually he is interested in Eugene (Keichi bother).
When Shingo return to Keichi house, Keichi was waiting.
They argue again about breaking up.
Keichi bites Shingo and say 'I love you but I will break up.'
At the airport, Keichi is thinking
'I should have bitten him (Shingo) and drag him with me. But I love him too much. In the end I could not do it.'
