She's not trans. She's just a masculine woman who loves that Tarou sees her as all woman.
Imagine if it was the reverse, someone saying they wanted someone from a gay couple to be a girl just because they wanted it to be straight. Sounds kind of homophobic, right? You'd think they should just accept it. That's why I don't really like when people say stuff like that. I don't mean anything bad tho.
She is simply saying that tarou looks past all her masculine traits and treats her like a "lady" instead of one of the boys. There's many super masculine or androgynous looking women out there that tend to play up these traits by dressing more boyish. Anyway, only someone who can read the original japanese can clarify this.
What are you, the thought police?
The whole point of these comments is to share thoughts and questions about the stories.
Considering Aki was portrayed as male, then revealed to be female, it obvious that would raise a lot of questions. People aren't arguing over it; they're discussing it, which seems pretty natural. More importantly, it's not a criticism of the author's work. In many respects it's actually a compliment. The story was thought provoking so people want to engage with other readers to see what they thought.
And even if it was a criticism, that's fine too. Not everyone like the same things. Personally I hate shota and wished they didn't include it on this website, yet for some reason I'll never understand other people actually enjoy it.
Another thing I don't understand is why you wanted to crap all over what was simply a pleasant exchange about one of the more intriguing aspects of this particular story.
So is Aki a trans woman then? I would love a story about her and Tarou!!!
