It certainly looks like him but hard to say until the next chapter. He has been acting suspicious and this makes sense.
That's exactly why I gotta know XD. He looked really weird and suspicious in the smutty scenes. Not to mention how all of a sudden everything is so perfect now. Man I'm so conflicted now...
Somebody had a really good theory that I hope it’s not true but you know how Chiwoo really loves Hwan? Well what if Hwan made a wish to have Chiwoo fall in love with him before Chiwoo got his powers and wanted to make the same wish? I first noticed him acting weird when he started touching Jinn while he was sleeping. That was such a weird scene and then he helped him during arcade/theme park fight where technically he’s supposed to not have any memories or know how any of that works. There was also that doll that looked like Hwan. So I feel there has been a lot of clues about him. Curious to see where the story goes!
