so far there hasn't been changes in the manhwa but you got it a bit wrong.
patrizia was never infertile. when she was tested back in the queen selection, the physician heard rosemond's plan to have an infertile candidate as queen. coincidentally, his daughter was a candidate so in order to save her, he faked patrizia's health results; thus patrizia becomes queen.
I have read the novel and waiting Manhwa to finish to complete it. I just came to check and saw comments SPOILER
doctor faking queen's infertility. In novel, she is really infertile (they checked it at the first when she entered place) and she doesn't get 2nd testing, she was traumatised because emperor lied and the novel finished while he dedicated his life to cook for her. So do I remember incorrect or they have changed the plot in Manhwa?
