Imo they were killed. Remember that time in the main story when Daath was kidnapped and left to die, so the bond would be broken? If I remember correctly that guy who kidnapped Daath said he had to get read of Judas parents or smt like that, because they were different and apparently bothered Toneria (or whatever is the uncle's name). I kind of hoped when Daath returned he would tell this to Juda and we would have more of the past revealed.
So it was either sloppy writing (or translation) that this was mentioned or maybe we'll find out more in the future.

Honestly its still up in the air as to what happened to Juda’s parents and where they are. We can’t say for sure if they are alive or dead but given the way Juda talks about them and their lack of presence in the main storyline im lowkey leaning towards dead but if thats the case I definitely want to know why and how given that they looked like such a loving family. There’s a novel out about their story and how they met but I cant find a translated version anywhere unfortunately.

I’m not sure if Toneria’s servant had anything to do with Juda’s parents tbh all he said was they were giving Toneria a hard time back then. Full stop. He didnt say anything about having to get rid of them in that scene. While I would love to find out what happened to them I think its taking it a bit too far calling the author’s writing or translations “sloppy”. Both have been pretty solid from the start and maybe its a plot point the author will address in the future? Just my take

there’s actually a light novel for their whole story, it’s called “Garland JUJIN Omegaverse”. It has been picked up twice and dropped twice lmao, and second translator even skipped parts cus they considered them “redundant”.
