    basically section-chief thinks that seung is bothered that he used to date yuseong. but when seung tells him about his crush, he kinda snaps that he has no right to be bothered by his dating history when he can't even forget his crush :"((( [at least that's what i understood im SO SORRY IF IT DOESN'T MAKE SENSE]
