I don't fully understand the raws but from what I've seen by Chapter 72 Qu Chengs friend (a doctor) will confirm that wowo is in fact his child. Qu Cheng will not directly confront Ci Nian but instead give hints that he already knows. Basically he just wants to hear it directly from Ci Nian that wowo is his son.
