Summary: it started out with two young boys but one was younger than the other (Older one is MC) and the MC talks about how he is adorable and cherishes (?) him and they get split up so the younger makes a promise to come back and see the MC. Years later, MC is an adult and gets a knock at the door, and claims to be the boy who promised to see him, but he is no longer adorable or small, hes actually tall and hansome, taller than the MC despite being younger. MC ends up being the Uke.
