Oh, that's a great idea, you could be right. I think the one who touched the girl could be the only guy who had talked with her (the guy who the bully girl likes). It would be one hell of a plot twist
I think he’s actively trying to act like the teachers he had who turned a blind eye to the bullying he had to endure. He then records it(I think there’s a recording device on his tie) and then uploads it to show everyone how fcked up the school system is as well as how bullying is such a big problem.

I could be wrong on this but i stil don't think its the teacher who took the vid of her sleeping. You know how they say there was a bullying video that got leaked at the old school the teacher was at, it was def him who took it because he has a hidden camera. I think hes doing the same thing like what he did at the old school and not gonna lie he doesn't seem like the type who would sexually harass people in order to get revenge.
