Mated omega dont react to others alphas pheromones and paired omegas pheromon dont seduce other alphas. I think alphas still react even if they mated
I think it’s because he was his “fated pair” this happened in another amehaverse manga too. The omega who was paired reacted to his fated alpha who was not his mate
