As per my understanding, the uke confessed to the seme when they were child (seme was kinda older) which somehow affected him unusually (made him curious about gay sex or twisted I dunno) and that's why he blames the uke. As per Seme, had the uke not confessed, he (seme) wouldn't have been turned into a gay (not a gay clearly, it's as if he became asexual if it's not with the uke)
