Manga flower question

In the manga whenever they have sex (as far as I recall) they show a few flowers, I was wondering if they choose certain flowers for a reason (cause each flower has a meaning) or if they choose between cute and sexy. Also Is it possible in manga to tell if its their first time by the type of flower shown?

I don't really known about that, but everytime that flower being there all I can think is "How girlish that and this".
