Nooo ... Catholic countries which had people named Lucia/Lucrezia, Cecillia and Frederiche were not generally ruled by Kings with multiple wives. Nor did they have official concubines. Lovers were an open secret, but they weren't called "The King's Official Lover" or anything like that. Divorce was a big no-no, and I think examples of it in all history could be counted on one hand.
