But having sex with glasses on is not easy. They slip and get fogged up.

If you are used to wearing glasses all the time, it isn't really that hard to keep them on. If they fit right,they should not slip too much. Unless someone breathes on them, they usually do not get foggy. :)
I wear glasses 24 7 and the fit I just don't wear them during sex. Too much of a hassle.
I have a friend who even uses it when taking a shower. Some people are just that blind.
