as i saw in the comments that this is the combination of TCF, ORV, and SL .... and i can see that because :
TCF - same previous life?? reincarnated as a side character who is a spoiled rich kid that do anything he wants in the novel he reads... the character also serves as a stepping stone for the MC in the novel
ORV - it is the same for the gods (constellations??) the pop up boxes and the gods passing on their skills to the users and idk if the dimensional merchant has similarity to this and how the skills are classifed (the innate, special, and novice??)
SL - how dungeons emerge in different places and the leveling system that all the users have
and finally the similarities on all 4 of them is the bromance lol
