    I’m master of my fate
    I’m captain of my soul

"I am the master of my fate
I am the captain of my soul"
From the poem "Invictus" by William Ernest Henley (The entire poem is a masterpiece, especially when you know that the poet wrote it after his foot was amputated)

Mariposa de sueño, te pareces a mi alma,

I carry your heart with me,
I carry it in my heart.
    I am never without it
Anywhere I go, you go, my dear.....

E.E cummings (a perfect description of ill fated love imo, anyone who has a "one who got away" person in their heart feels like this)

Et la statue m'embrasse, mais personne ne nous voit
Sauf un enfant aveugle qui nous montre du doigt.

    "Dimanche", Jacques Prévert.

I felt a Funeral, in my Brain,
    And Mourners to and fro
Kept treading - treading - till it seemed
    That Sense was breaking through.......

"I felt a funeral in my brain" by Emily Dickinson (on mental health issues)

I'll translate it, thanks :) Madame

    Well the translation is:
"And the statue kisses me but no one sees us,
except for a blind boy who points his finger at us"
But the lines lose their beauty cuz they rhyme in French, instead of both ending with "us" which is a little lame lol
