hmm, as far as I know, you don't. I think only mangago moderators are allowed do that. But if you know of a new manga/updates & it's still not in mangago yet then may be you can send them an email?
OR sometimes, I have seen people mention it here in the question page. And within a few hours they upload the new manga/update the manga.
How do you upload new, translated chapters to a manga on Mangago? Thanks!
