Mystic Messenger is probably the best and most unique one I've ever played and occasionally has dlcs added.
Illegal Romance isn't available on the playstore anymore, but you can get a apk/pirate an old version of the game (it's story is a mystery romance).
Mayday Memory is a quick mobile game, but its company has many more games to play as well.
Dramatical Murder also seems exceptionally interesting, but since it's a PC game, it requires you to actually pay for the game (unless you pirate safely).
If you're looking for something more spicey, you can try out Camp Buddy, which is also a PC game you have to pay for.
Any of the Shall we Date ones are very cliche, have the same gameplay of dress-up gacha, and pretty much all look the same in art style, so I wouldn't recommend any of them to you.

From mobile games, I would also add The Arcana (you can choose your pronouns!!!) and Love Unholyc (a similar chat system to Mystic Messenger).
If we're talking about PC games that are really good - I recommend Dandelion and Nameless from Cheritz. They're both need to be paid for.

I recommend to honestly just search through some blogs related to what you want (I recommend searching on itch.io for free pc ones, sometimes you can find a pearl there)
I agree with Mystic Messenger. If you don't like pay to win apps. MM is technically free. I've reached the routes' endings without having to spend a single penny for it.
In terms of PC, I recommend Hakuoki, Sweet Fuse, Tokimeki Memorial and Storm Lover Kai (They're actually all from the PSP but there's an emulator for the pc anyways). Overall, I go to the site englishotomegames.net since they have an organized list of all otome games (pc, mobile, other devices)

Story Jar - Huge mix of Otome games, downside is you collect gems to make special decisions which is kinda stupid.
