Probably metaphorically. I guess him being in the union, and union's deeds are known. Like the incident with the russian dude, and it seems like there's another scene where he mass kills also. Dk if he rly knows mc as union-0 but, yeah.
So, on a chapter, when they met this "chairman" guy, what did he mean when he said that mc is not human??? Like, is it literally or metaphorically??
